There are billions of photos taken every year but many are poor quality and leave the photographer disappointed. Who - Where - When - How much?
This course is intended for those that are new to photography or have basic skills and are looking for help to take better photos.
This 3-week course is being held at Greyfriars Community Centre, 44 Christchurch Rd, Ringwood BH24 1DW
The course dates are: 29th June, 6th July and 13th July, all running from 7.30pm till 9pm
The price is just £20 and, on completion, you will be able to join the Camera Club for half price (£17.50). This will give you access to our monthly Beginner's Club where you can continue your learning.

Mike Richards is leading the course and will be assisted by other experienced club members where necessary. In addition to his extensive experience as a professional trainer, Mike has had a passion for photography for many years and has travelled extensively with his photography. Mike also runs our regular Beginner's Club, so has a good understanding of the needs of those new to photography.
Week 1: This first week will focus on the technical side of photography, where we'll help you understand your camera so you can have better control of your photographs. We will ask for details of your camera before the course so we can help you find your way through the menus!
Week 2: This week we will concentrate on photographic composition and we will show you many different photographic styles and give you a wide range of ideas and techniques for creating interesting compositions.
Week 3: Here' we'll concentrate on presenting your photos, with some basic image processing along with printing and sharing images on social media.
